What is Yoga for Vision?
Yoga for the eyes refers to using traditional and newly developed eye exercises to
strengthen the eyes and increase the flexibility of the eye muscles.

Beyond 3D: Improve Your Vision with Magic Eye is a great way to exercise your
eyes.
As we age, many eye problems arise due to rigidity and muscle tone loss
in the eye muscles. This loss of elasticity reduces the capacity of the lens
to focus at varying distances. Eye exercises increase strength and flexibility in
eye muscles and improve eyesight after several months' regular practice.
Moreover, tension in the eyes tends to produce greater stress and tension in the overall
physiology. This is due to the intimate connection created by the optic nerve
between the eye and the brain. Thus our computer eye fatigue, or driving eye fatigue
results in general tension and stress in the physiology and our ability to relate
comfortably to the world around us.
Therefore, we should never forget the practice of eye yoga along with our own yoga practice.
Coming out in 2008 will be a computer version of the Magic Eye 3D exercises, which will be especially useful for
heavy computer users. Because heavy computer users (ie, all day!) are more susceptible to glaucoma, it is important
